Hi Beth,

I love this article! Just this morning we saw a report about how overweight our children are - and undoubtedly this is a major factor! Compare the child of today with the child of even 10 years ago - how much more sedentary they've become!

And - this most likely applies to us as well - explains my creeping weight gain over the past few years - LOL!!
